Welome to ediTORIal, everyone!! I’m so happy to have you here at ToriSpelling.com. Over the years this online community has been one of my fave places to spend those rare few minutes of free time that I have a day. Nothing makes me happier than connecting with likeminded, multitasking mamas who come here to chat with me about all of the things that inspire me.
I launched this website 5 and a half years ago, and over time it’s changed and evolved, just like all of us have. As my little family has grown (and continues to grow!), the site has grown with us and I couldn’t be more grateful. I started ediTORIal as a place to share my inspirations, and hopefully inspire a little something in all of you – and what started as a place for me to post my latest recipe or cutest kids outfits has become so much more than that. We’re a community of women (and men!) who support each other, build each other up, and all want the same thing: to live the best and most fabulous life that we can.
If you’ve never been to ediTORIal before, welcome! You can expect blogs filled with my very own tips and tricks, mama must-haves, favorite family recipes, milestone moments and everything in between. And if you’ve been coming to ediTORIal for a while now, welcome back! I’ve loved having you here, and hope that you love the new design as much as I do. After 5 years it was about time for a makeover! And the look of ediTORIal isn’t the only thing that’s been revamped… I’m also changing up the topics a little bit to better reflect everything that inspires me.
I always say that DIY = love, which is why crafting is so close to my heart. And there’s no shortage of COOKING here on ediTORIal! The McDermotts are the ultimate foodie family, and we’ll be sharing all of our culinary adventures with you, including what we whip up for the parties that we throw! ENTERTAINING is a passion of mine, so stay tuned for all of the details on our celebrations and soirees. HOME is where the heart is, so prepare yourself for some serious interior decor inspiration. It goes without saying that my FAMILY will be making many appearances on the blog. They’re my entire world and I couldn’t feel luckier to live life with my husband and children by my side. And don’t forget about STYLE! I’ve always loved fashion, and luckily I’ve passed that love on to my little ones, too! If you’re ever in need of some mama or little one fashion inspo, this is the place to get it. Ultimately, my goal is to create a community of amazing, strong, and loving mamas (and dads, too!)… I hope you’ll join us!
