Me, Hattie and my fave diaper bag from Skip Hop

As baby number 4 bakes in my belly, I’m having fun getting ready for his or her arrival. Even though this isn’t my first rodeo, so to speak, there are a few things I like to start fresh with when each of my little ones arrives. One of my favorites, of course, is a stylish diaper bag – any practiced mom knows that baby bags take a lot of wear and tear, so a new one is always a welcome investment. With that in mind, I wanted to share a few of my favorites on the market right now. So, without further ado:

MARC by Marc Jacobs Pretty Eliz-a-baby Bag in Parrot Green ($298 at Neiman Marcus):

tbd:Amazon:photo

I just love the cheerful color! Plus the soft structure makes the bag malleable- great for whatever you throw its way – and the long strap makes it easy and comfortable to tote around town.

Stockholm Diaper Bag/Messenger Bag in Navy Blue and White Nautical Striped ($79 from the Ikabags Store on Etsy)

tbd:Amazon:photo

Anyone who’s ever had to carry their little one(s) while toting all the supplies knows just how fabulous a cross-body bag can be. Plus, this chic and nautical bag is eco-friendly (which is always a plus) and once your little one is out of diapers, can be used as a beach bag, a weekender bag, a gym bag… any kind of bag you want need!

Larkspur Boho Diaper Bag in Orange Ikat ($99 at Pottery Barn Kids)

tbd:Amazon:photo

This linen printed bag is not only super stylish with its orange ikat print and braided handles, but also comes with a removable changing pad and tons of pockets for easy organizing. And I don’t know about you, but anything that can be monogrammed is a must for me!

The Diaper Dude Original Diaper Bag ($60)

tbd:Amazon:photo

I’m so lucky that Dean is such a helpful daddy – he definitely helps carry the load. So with that in mind, I think all proud papas should be equipped to schlep the supplies, and the Diaper Dude is a (much-needed) masculine way for them to just that. There are lots of different styles and at a dude-friendly price point.

Skip Hop‘s Versa Diaper Bag ($70):

USFBZ1xxGm3Jxr97KzvK7LSI.jpeg:Amazon:photo

tbd:Amazon:photo

Now, this is my absolute favorite of all: It’s super-stylish but also incredibly functional. The side exterior pockets give much-needed easy access for when you don’t have any hands free and – best of all- the center of the bag is expandable to give you 20% more storage. How fab is that?! Plus, Skip Hop is a super stylish line in general – they even recently collaborated with my fave, Mr. Jonathan Adler! Check out their full collection here.

So, I have a very special surprise for you – since the Skip Hop bag is my favorite, today I’m giving them away to two lucky ediTORIal mommies-to-be!

All you have to do to enter is leave a comment below telling me what you’d carry in your new Versa diaper bag! I’ll select two winners and announce who won sometime next week.

Update – We’ve got our winners! The Skip Hop Versa Diaper Bags go to CarrieAn13 and Wendi Busenlener!

Congratulations to our winners! And to the rest of you, be sure to keep checking back for more exciting chances to win!

Love,
T

I’m expecting my first little one in early November. I’ve heard great things about the Skip Hop bags, and I know that Versa bag would be perfect for carrying around all of my son’s neccessities.

  • Kellie OShields

I would carry in my new Versa diaper bag the following:

diapers, wipes, baby food, a bottle, a sippy cup, a change of clothes for my baby and my toddler, snacks, hand sanitizer, ziplock bags for wet clothes, infant medicine in case of emergency, diaper rash ointment, a few small baby teething rings or toys, lotion, hair accessories, disposable changing pads for public restrooms, disposable bibs, and last but not least some lip gloss for mommy and my iphone.

  • Heather McGregor

Being that I am a FTM due in January, I know that I will be needing to carry lots of diapers in my Versa bag!!

  • Christine Little

Im expecting my first baby Jan.23.13. The main things I would carry in my new Versa diaper bag would be:

Diapers, Wipes, a change of clothes for the babes, hand sanitizer, toys, pacifier emergency information and baby meds, nursing cover.

For me: Keys, sunglasses, Iphone, pen and paper, snacks and wallet

#3 is due in February and I couldn’t agree more that a new diaper bag is essential with each one. Extra set of clothes, diapers, wipes and a few toys would all fit with room to spare.

  • michelle concepcion

With my 8 year old daughter, Gianna Rose, and a 7 month old son, Liam Michael, I need to carry plenty. Even though she’s 8 I still need to carry her emergency hair ties, head bands and of course lip gloss lol. Since Liam had major surgery when he was just 3 weeks old, I usually carry everything including the kitchen sink just in case (overly worried mommy) My husband and I love to take the kids out so I need to be prepared, we may start off at a flea market, end up at a park or dinner and a movie, but whatever the case this mommy is prepared for anything!

  • Andrea Edwards

My husband and I are expecting our first baby together and raising my five year old as a couple :-). I’ve been around this block a few times before (the other kids are 12 and 20) so I’ve toned down the unnecessary items. I don’t think I need to list things like diapers and wipes as I would think those would be understood! I prefer efficiency in my bag instead of chaos. So in addition to the expected items I would have a sweater and hat for baby (never know what the weather will do), sunglasses, baby friendly sunscreen (we live in Phoenix!), the camera is a must, and the kindle for those times we have to wait somewhere! Thanks, Tori!

  • Kristin

Oh the places I could go with this fab bag!

In mine would be: my iphone, my diapees and wipees case, boogie wipes, a zoli sippy cup, my keys with my DIY tassel key chain (that one is for you Tori :)), my daughters jelly shoes, extra hair bows, a bottle, my sons favorite lego guys, and my daughters stuffed little lobster, a couple of buddy fruits, a snak trap with puffins, my wallet armed with my Starbucks card of course, coupon holder, hand lotion, blotting papers, a bib in case we meet friends out for lunch, and my headphones in case we hit the gym, and last but not least my daughter’s teeny tiny sunnies, because one is never to young to be stylish! :)

  • Erin B.

Having a diaper bag that can serve as a purse as well is a must! I have a 9 month old, so it’s still necessary to carry around everything i own + the kitchen sink!! I would be sure my Versa bag would contain my nursing cover, 3-4 diapers, wipes (enough for a leaking poopy diaper – b/c that is ALWAYS a possibility), an extra onesie (see wipes comment), a wetbag, sophie the giraffe, her favorite keychain toy, food/snacks, sippie cup, my wallet and keys.

  • Tina Ari

After a few accidents, I found that carrying an extra shirt for myself was a good idea in addition to extra clothes for my son. :)

  • Sasha Jones

I’m expecting my 3rd in November and figured I’d carry the same tacky diaper bag that I’d carried for my previous babies… that is until I read your post! This is my last baby and I’m inspired to throw the once white now band-aid beige Winnie the Pooh nasty bag out. Winnie the Pooh doesn’t really go with any of my clothes anyways. Why couldn’t someone have pointed this out to me? Essentials for my diaper bag are as follows:

Changing Pad – forget it. I’m thrilled to just find a stall with a pull down changing table in it!

Diaper cream, wipes, burp cloth, extra baby clothes, ziplock bag of snacks for the others, and of course a fresh supply of red Swedish Fish for Mommy!

  • Kristen R

Well considering this will be our first, I will carry anything and everything in my Versa bag! Including: diapers, wipes, a pacifier, toy, change of clothes for the baby, and a bottle. We are so blissfully ignorant at what is about to arrive in April 2013, but being an over-organizer, I would feel a tad more at ease with this Versa bag!

  • Danielle Bragg

I would probably be carrying everything I can think of! Most importantly, wipes, diapers, change of clothes and some extra snacks- for me and baby!

  • Jackie G

Thanks for a list of diaper bags you reccomend. We are expecting our first this December. I would throw in diapers, wipes, pacifiers, extra clothes, bottle, and my wallet.

  • NaturallyThriftyMom MomVlogger

This is perfect timing! I am due with baby #2 in November and our 1st diaper bag is shot! I have been doing research on diaper bags & the Skip Hop Versa was on my list of contenders. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY LOVE TO WIN ONE! Thank you so much for doing this giveaway!

What would I put in the bag? Uh- everything! Diapers, wipes, snacks, bottles, water, extra clothes for all of us, my wallet, pacifiers, toys. The question is- what would I not put in it?!?!

  • Ashley Parker

I love all of them! Our family is always on the go so the diaper bag is always packed with lots of goodies. I put the following in Kolton’s bag: diapers, wipes, a change of clothes, socks, cup of milk/juice, ziplock bag of honey nut cheerios, a small toy, small book, destin, tylenol, spoon (just in case we go eat and he needs a spoon). I like being prepared – don’t know what I’d do without a diaper bag! :)

  • Becky Layfield

Hey Tori, thanks for all the great info and ideas!! I am a Mimi who keeps her grandbabies and would use this bag for their stuff when I go and take them to the store shopping, park or dr appointments!! Love and God Bless!!

  • SFHoneyGirl

With 2 kids in tow, less is more these days. Diapers, wipes, Wet Ones, spoons, Ella’s Kitchen pouches, freeze-dried peas and O’s, disposable placemat, bib and a change of clothes are all necessities. The bonus stuff includes books, toys, sweater or hat, depending on where we’re off too. Would LOVE a new bag for #3! Somehow, the bags keep getting smaller and smaller as I try to cram more stuff in.

  • Andrea Worley

in need of a new diaper bag for my lil guy! i have a girly girl one right now and it just won’t work for this lil man! but this new skip hop one will! perfect for either gender.

  • Kay Holt

I use it for baby’s essenitals and the few things for my toddler. I may even nix a purse this time around and get a really stylish bag to also carry my essentials when out with the kids.

  • Amelia

Our “surprise” twins Charlotte and Cole (9 months) are in desparate need of a larger bag to share with their big sisters Julia (5) and Elizabeth (3)! This busy working mama needs somthing other than her bookbag to cart all of their goodies here and there — this bag would be perfect! Thanks for a wonderful site and great blogs!

  • Samantha Peak

I’m expecting my first little boy on new years day. I love all of those bags. I would keep diapers, wipes, change of clothes, and I’m sure lots of other things that I just don’t know about yet.

  • Rachel Cronan

This diaper bag is super cute!!! I am expecting my second boy due in October and I planned on using my old, pretty worn out diaper bag from my first child!

I would keep the obvious diaper bag accessories such as wipes, diapers, changing pad, extra outfits, etc…but I would also carry some much needed toddler items too such as anti-bacterial wipes and hand sanitizer and a few small activities such as a notebook and markers to keep my 3 year old busy while out. And we can’t forget some snacks for a very hungry and crabby 3 year old!

  • Jules Kelly

I am in the midst of fertility treatments to get pregnant with our third. Praying this cycle works and we will get a positive in about 2 weeks! I would love to use the Stockholm diaper bag/messenger bag. Thanks for the chance to win!

  • Jessica Schraud

We are Having our 2nd Baby Due on Boxing day!!! We have a Daughter Victoria who is 3 and our Baby on the way is a Boy!!! Over the moon we are, and thankful for the love we have and share with our babies xo

    Hearts and Baby Love .

Thanks for all the Toritastic love xo.

  • Meghann Hourihan

Oh Mama!!! What WOULDN’T I carry in an awesome new diaper bag?! My son is 13 months old and just found out we’re expecting baby #2! So, it’s safe to say I’d probably carry, among other things: Diapers, wipees, clothes for babies and Mama (my husband calls me Mama too, lol) because we all know Moms get just as dirty as the babes, snacks, snacks, and more snacks if you know my chubby boy, toys, a book or 2, pump (enough said), juice boxes (one for baby, one for Mommy)… OH, and the kitchen sink! :-)

I’m in desperate need of a bigger bag as my first bag is small and has really taken a beating over the last year! The versa bag looks awesome! I think it’s great that you’re doing for a few lucky Moms!

Thanks a bunch from one Mama to another!

  • stacy wilson

  • Tiffany Patton

I have an 8 month old and a new baby due in december. I am in need for another diaper bag that can hold both babies things. I would put, diapers, wipes, formula, bottles, toys, burp cloths, extra clothes, and of course my keys and my wallet. I’ve been using the diaper bag as a purse and really would enjoy having a stylish diaper bag.

  • Mommas

Oh, tori! I have a two year old, a nine month old, and a new baby due in April!! I think everything plus the kitchen sink will go in a new diaper bag!! Three sizes of diapers, three spare outfits, sippy cups, snacks, baby food, Tylenol (for momma!), bottles, binkys, etc. this momma would love a STYLISH diaper bag. We have a very limited budget in our family. Thanks for the opportunity!

  • Jackee Rohrich

I would actually like to be thought of for the diaper bag but for my older sister who is having her 5th child. She is an amazing mother but struggles to make ends meet.. I helped as much as I could by getting her a swing and some clothes but this would be a great gift to give her that would also treat her. Who wouldn’t love a new bag! Thanks for the opportunity and congrats on your bun in the oven!

  • Amanda Kines-Phillips

Seeing how I’m reusing the diaper bag I used 4 1/2 years ago with my first, I’m in desperate need of a new bag!!! I’d LOVE to win it!!! :)

  • Kelly Tillotson

lots of diapers, cream, snacks and sippy cups. im also pregnant with baby #4! we have a 4 year old, 3 year old, 1 year old and newborn coming this winter :) that bag will be crammed full of goodies!

  • Julie Hunter

Hello there I would have a great book to always read to her, a great outfit and uv protection as everyone should always have that on them. and also a camera.. Those moments they have you can never take back and the caption is a million memories and more. I would love to win this and thank you for being down to earth and showing us every day what a mother famous goes thru as some dont really know what happens instead has a nanny all the time.

  • FAITH POTTHAST

I am due with baby #2 September 27! This time its a boy!! :) I’d pack my diaper bag full of babylegs (I’m addicted) cloth diapers (I’m gonna try em out and see how it goes) and an extra set of clothes. I was going to use dear daughters old diaper bag, brown and pink but a new bag would be AMAZING! I’ll be checking back. Tori ~ you rock. <3

  • Allie Zusan

As a first time mom to be (due in February), I imagine I’ll carry everything in my diaper bag. Seeing as I have no idea what I’ll need, it wouldn’t surpirse me if I pack everything, but the kitchen sink!!

  • Andrea Genovese

I’m expecting my third in March and this bag would be great since my girls are 7 and 3 definitely in need of a new diaper bag. I would definitely carry the essentials diapers, wipes, bottles, burp cloths, toys, snacks (for when he/she is older) and of course several changes of outfits (for the necessary ones and just for fun changes too, since babies have such cute outfits). =)

  • NewMomma

You tell me what I need to put in it!! I am a new mommy to be and since I am doing this a bit later in life (hate that expression btw) none of my friends have kids…well they do but they are in high school! I am due at the end of October and am clueless so any help is much appreciated and as a faithful T&D fan it would be supr cool to win. Even my husband follows you both on FB and mentions your posts to me. So cute!

  • Chantel

Let’s see… a few cloth diapers and covers, a few outfits, wet bag, pacifier, soother, blanket, a few toys, some snacks (for me!), a clean shirt and, of course, a wristlet with my necessities!

  • Nicole Kuckenbecker

I so desperately need a new bag! I have been using a way too smal hobo bag for my son’s essentials and I can not tell you how many times I have been in need of a quick tissue or bottle and had to dig for minutes before finding what I need! Not only is it super unorganizable, but there is no outside storage and it’s pink, no so much a boy color. I would greatly appreciate a new ba but on a no income household I don’t have a choice right now.Thank you for this amazing opportunity!

  • Kristen Betz

I’m about to be a first time mommy, in just over a week! I’ve no idea what to pack, aside from the basics, but I would love this cute bag! It is so fab and chic! I’m sure I’ll overpack with items for any “just in case” moment. As she gets older I’m sure I’ll need to get a 2nd Sophie La Giraffe to live in the bag, amongst other toys, to help keep her happy and bubbly!

  • Jocelyn Orellana

Im a mommy to a 13 month old. I would carry lots of wipes, snacks including fresh fruits, juice/water/milk. Toys and a change of clothes my daughter can get very dirty!

  • Vicki A

Everything!! Not only would I carry the regular baby necessities such as diapers, wipes, bottles, change of clothes, toys, etc but my wallet, my snacks, a water bottle, you name it! Finally a diaper bag that is stylish enough to want to carry! :-)

  • tanmadsawmom

I have an active 2 year old and an 8 year old Girl Scout! I need room to stash cups, diapers, changes of clothes, and GS suppklies. I love Skip Hop bags and this one is FAB!

  • Amy Mayberry

I’d carry all the important baby items!! Thinking I was done having children, I gave all my baby items to a family in need. We are having another baby in April and now I need to get all the baby supplies again!!

  • Lynette Sardinas

Love love the Versa diaper bag! I’m due in 8 weeks and really need a new bag.

I would hold everything for new baby (diapers, wipes, extra clothes, bottle, paci, snacks, socks etc) and extra snacks & toys for my 4 year old son. And I’d also carry my wallet and keys so I don’t have my purse to tote around as well.

  • Meaghan Robertson

With this being my first child, I am sure it will be filled with all of the new baby essentials! Ahh.. hope I don’t forget any:) First time mom jitters and anxiously awaiting. Love love love T &D!!

  • Jenny Dart

I’m a first-time expectant mom, and so far all of the other baby swag has been easy to choose, but this is where I get stuck: finding a chic, stylish bag that can both represent my idendity as a fashionista without losing functionality. The versa bag is an ode to my prior, fashion-minded self, but also incorporates the functionality and versatility I am looking for in the new phase of life. SO CUTE!!

Thanks for finding these, I’m in love…

  • hollie lewis

i would carry a few cloth diapers and a wet bag in the diaper bag! I’m so excited to start using cloth diapers with this baby! I’d also carry my wallet and keys in the bag!

  • Teri Schmicker

What wouldn’t I add?!? I am a mom to a 4 1/2 month old, 10 year old, and a 13 year old. I use my diaper bag as a diaper bag with all those nesessities for my infant also a first aid kit for my 10 year old boy who is always coming up banged and scraped as dare devil boys do. I also use it for my purse with not only my things but a few that my 13 year old daughter thinks she needs and does not want to carry her own bag. I am loving the look of this bag because it doesn’t look like a diaper bag and it can be used as something different after baby is grown. Love It!!!

  • Darby S

I have #2 on the way and can’t wait to fill up a diaper bag with newborn necessities as well as things we need on a daily basis for my 3 year old. Bottles, diapers, wipes, outfits for baby, Mama and big sister as well as a clutch for Mama’s on-the-go necessities. :)

  • Amber Hubbard

I will be attending my first baby shower this October for my roommate from college. This will be her first baby. Her husband is currently in the service so it is an especially stressful first pregnancy. I think a high quality diaper bag would be a great gift for the shower. She could carry everything she needs in one of these stylish bags- diapers, bottles, binkies, snacks, blankets, everything! Definitely a must have!

  • Melissa Tippit

I’m expecting my first in March 2013! I would of course carry the necessities, diapers, wipes, extra change of clothes, ect. and my necessities, wallet, keys chapstick. I dont want to look like the crazy bag lady! lol!

  • Heather Short

I’m a bag FREAK! Love, love carrying an adorbale and functional bag. I’m due with my baby girl, Lucy, in November. I would love this Versa bag to carry diapers, wipes, extra clothes, toys, snacks and whatever else I can fit in it. I hope I’m a lucky Momma to be. Xoxo

  • Trtlgrl321

This would be perfect to carry extra outfits, my wallet, diapers, keys and such! It is perfect to tote everything for the kiddos but also everything for the momma and be stylish too!

  • Drayke Simpkins

I would definitely give this bag to my stepmom to use for my little sister. My little sister is 2 and learning to potty train and it would still be nice to have a bag to use that doesn’t look just like a normal diaper bag for babies. It would be cute for my stepmom to carry around even though she’s using it for a 2 year old and not a 2 month old. We would definitely put some pull-ups, panties, and extra changes of clothes in the middle section. In the pockets we’d put sippy cups of juice and little hair barretts for when she falls asleep and messes up her “do”. I think it’d be something nice to do for my stepmom since she’s always doing nice things for all of us. :)

  • Tracy Jones

I would pack “boogie wipes” they are great for sticky hands, and runny noses. We all need a keychain hand sanitizer too! I always pack snacks, clothes, diapers, wipes, socks, a baby suction, nail clippers, books, music toys, extra paci’s, and OF course, MY little mommy pouch with my ID, lipstick Sun screen, bobby pins, and hair ties. WHEW. yes it all fits too!

  • Marissa Pease

I am a mother to a 13 month old boy :) I am expecting again and we don’t know the sex ! I would say in the bag I would carry my cloth diapers, sofie the teether, some crunchy cloth books, Muno from Yo Gabba Gabba, a empty sippy cup for anywhere we go, extra pair of clothes . HMMM then for me some lipstick, sunglasses, keys and my phone !

  • Carrie ZImmerman

I am the Mommy to 2 beautiful boys, Joey born June 2009 and Parker born May 2011. We are just starting to try to conceive baby number 3 and my current diaper bag is falling apart! I need something new to put my diapers, wipes and snacks in for my kids. Love you guys!

  • Jessica Provo

With only 5 weeks to go until our baby boy makes his appearance, I have yet to get a diaper bag. Its been 16 years since I have had to carry a diaper bag! What I would put in the diaper bag is besides diapers, wipes, change of cloths, and diaper cream would be…my little mans fave accessories. Just because he is a boy doesn’t mean he shouldn’t have the best accessories such as a hand knitted fedora, sunglasses, I heart mom pacifier, and a cute jacket.

  • Jessica Davila

I seem to always pack anything I can fit in the poor bag. I always pack sippy cups for both baby and preschooler, diapers, wipes, paci, bottles, extra outfits, snacks, toys, books, and baby food. I’m sure I could keep going, I’m one those moms who feel everything the house is necessary to pack!

  • Adele King

I have a 15month old and I would stash my bag with snacks and toys! Her bag is currently falling apart since we’ve had it since she was born.

  • Lindsay M.

I am a sucker for a good bag, and a fancy stroller. With 3 boys 4 and under (ages 4 and 20 month old twins) I stuff anything and everything in my diaper bag, and most importantly, wipes! They really are the single most used item when we are on the go.

  • Karley Doucette

I am on the hunt for a stylish & functional diaper bag and this Skip Hop bag is perfect! I would use it to carry my Skip Hop Jonathan Adler pronto changing station, cloth diapers, wipes, and little stuffed dachshund toy so baby doesn’t miss our pups too much when we go out! :)

  • jen bengtson

i love skip hope make amazing bags. I have had one for 4 years and its in great shape. And this bag has been through a lot.

  • Lisa Schlatter

Well we just found out we’re going to have number 3 and to add to our 4 and 11yr old, so I’m going to say I will be carrying a few cloth diapers, wipes, antibacterial, extra clothes for everyone, snacks and first aid kit just in case and of course my wallet and keys because when you’ve got a baby in one arm and 2 other kids to keep an eye on as well, you definitely only need one bag to carry:)

  • Miranda Hatch

I would carry stuff for all 3 of my boys :) Diapers, clothes, medicine, toys, books, silverware, sippy cups, baby wipes, creams and most important a camera. You never know when you want to take a photo of your kids :)

  • Brandy Durham

After trying for 9 years to have a baby I have nothing yet. So I would fill this bag with the basics for my lil son and mommy to! It’s been 15 yrs since the last so this really is a whole new experience for me and my husband!

  • Emi L

First I love your reqs. I am in need of a new diaper bag now that I have two. I just didn’t have time to look into what’s out there. I am a Mommy of two.. I am the carry all person. I have a 6 and 9 month old baby. I carry my wallet, cells, tissues, cars, coloring book, craylons, pencil, books, toys for the baby, first aide, diapers, wipes, rash cream, lip gloss, snacks, food, blanket, extra clothes, bibs, sunblock and toilet seat covers.. I am sure I am missing something. But as you can read I bring it all. But most important would love a diaper bag that doesn’t look like a diaper bag. So CUTE!!

  • Shyrell Watts

I’m a an expecting mom of number three. Once baby is born I will have three aged four and younger. Having two toddlers already who are potty trained but as with any child there are always occassional accidents the bag would consist of clean clothes for them, an extra shirt for me, a couple outifts for baby, diapers, wipes, nursing cover, pacifiers, and some homemade granola bars for the toddlers. I thought I was done with babies until these two got into school but that just was not meant to be so now I have to get all our baby supplies over again since we gave everything away. Hopefully daddy can find a job in this tough economy because $80 a week makes this pretty hard without spending on things we need for baby.

  • Katherine Green

I would love a new bag to carry around all the food, toys, drinks that goes along with having a toddler.

  • Heather Passalaqua

Tori I LOVE the bags you have chosen! I am a mom to 4 amazing Handsome Boys, and we are expecting our 5th Boy this October. I am so very excited and blessed. A new diaper bag would be really a HUGE blessing. I would use the bag for everything from the essentials of diapers, wipes and binkies– and also my 3 year olds cup, snacks and all of his needs. We do alot as a family and there is nothing more helpful than having a bag that can keep me organized and looking great too!! Being the queen of my humble abode, I really don’t get to do very much for myself. God bless you Tori and your beautiful family. Thank you for this opportunity to maybe have something new and stylish =)

  • Leela

I am a mom to a spunky little 2 year old boy who absolutely has my heart and soul. We are now expecting another baby in February. I have looked every where for a functional diaper bag and still havent found one. I am constantly changing out my large purses to accommodate the over flow of Hot Wheel cars and Spider Man toys. With the new baby coming there will be so much more to carry. This would be such a blessing!

I’m a new mommy to be in my second trimester and really have no idea of all the odds and ends I will need to carry besides the obvious. I know the first step is a covenient stylish bag which this one looks perfect! Maybe if I when you can include a note with helpful, and chic of course, ideas ;)

  • Ashley Pfeifer

I am a Mom of 4 kids under age 6…my youngest two girls are 17 months and 4 months old so I don’t go anywhere without a diaper bag and the Versa looks awesome. It would need to hold diapers for both babies, wipes, cell phone, camera, nursing cover, snacks, toys, blankets, change of clothes, etc. I love that you’ve showed diaper bags can be stylish AND functional!

  • matilda

I am a mom to be. I would carry diapers, wipes, hand sanitizer, a snack for me, a chance of clothes for the peanut/

  • Deanna Raczkowski

As a mommy of 2 (soon to be 3) boys! I would definitely carry LOTs of wipes, snacks, and of course my cloth diapers :) And of course a little first aid kit, my boys are little daredevils!

  • Amber Pickett

Lots and lots of baby supplies, I’m a full time professional, full time mommy and full time Army wife, which doesn’t leave me time for much. I need to be as fashionable as I can on the go. Baby #3 is due at Christmas whom will be welcomed by his older brothers, 9 & 5.

  • Inspired

We have been doing fertility treatments for two years, and I have such faith that this time has worked. In addition to the must-haves: diapers, toys, wipes, binky, extra clothes, I would pack your new book CelebraTori! It will provide the reminder that as enriching as I think the experience of motherhood will be, I can not lose myself and what I enjoy…and I can plan a few fantastic parties during nap time! :o)

During the past two years, I have quit my job as a social worker to dedicate my health and time to fertility treatments, but you have constantly inspired me that with the right balance, I can be an amazing mom and pursue all of my dreams. I have started an organizing business and an all-natural spa product business, thanks to the motivation you have provided me. Thank you so much for being such a strong, fun mom, wife, and woman!

  • Leslie K

Not only do I pack absolutely everything necessary for baby, I pack my important essentials as well and ditch my purse, that way I am only carrying one bag :) I think it’s awesome that diaper bags can be so stylish now, so even though I may look SO tired from a lack of sleep, at least my bag is awesome LOL! Since I also plan on nursing baby #2, just as I did with my first, I make sure to pack in healthy snacks, peppermint tea bags and water for myself.

  • Carolynn Gomez

all those diaper bags are amazing!

we are excitedly anticipating the impending arrival of our 2nd (a boy!) after a year-long fertility battle.

what i would store in my versa is:

diaper, wipes, bottles/milk (if necessary), snacks, antibacterial wipes, burp cloths, extra clothings for little one, my blackberry, keys, wallet, gum, water bottle, medicine/first aid kit, small toys.

  • Elizabeth Naiman

What wouldn’t I put in this bag?! I have a 3 year old son and am pregnant with my second baby. My 3 yr old has a chronic metabolic disorder so I carry ALOT of supplies with me at all times. From formula, to medication and medical supplies, to a change of clothes, my bag is constantly bursting at the seams. Now with the second baby coming I could use the extra space the Versa offers to fit in everything we will need for our new little guy as well. :)

  • Christie Shayler

YAY! I would pack snacks and for all three of my little babies. Cute girly accessories for my sweet daughter 5. Extra clothes for both my boys 2 and 9months. Bottles and wipes & diapers and socks and extras galore! I’ve got my hands full, but just like you I wouldn’t have it any other way! <3

    Congratulations on your newest addition.

  • Caitlyn Henry

I just had my first baby, a girl named Mila, on July 30. The diaper bag I’m using is a bit too small. I carry a lot of diapers, wipes, diaper rash cream, baby powder, bottles with water, the container of formula, a couple extra onesies (just in case!), a couple burp clothes and a couple recieving blankets along with my wallet because there’s no way I’m carrying a purse too! So diaper bag doubling as a purse means it has to be super cute!!

  • sarah Forester

I would love this fabulous bag, not for myself but for my super wonderful and amazing Best forever friend who is having her first boy in October. I have already bought many sweet baby boy outfits but she and I have a mutual love of bags, she would adore this. <3

  • Ana Teresa Maciel

Where do I start?!?!? I am a full time working mom that has a 2 year old (boy), a 9 month old (girl) and to our SURPRISE, expecting our third (boy) in December. Some say it is like raising triplets, so one shall see. The first two have definitely felt like raising twins ;) Let’s see; in this awesome diaper bag; other than the usual diapers, wipes, change of clothes, medicine, bibs, etc… Extra accessories for my girl are a must as well as a cool hat and some shades for the boys ;) I like to see the kids running in style, even though we all know they prefer mud & dirt ;) I would also have to pack some things I cannot go without myself (because in all honestly with three little ones under the age of three and no sleep, I need all the help I can get to stay well… PUT TOGETHER ;) ) which would have to include a lip gloss & mascara (Lashes & Lips well done make a world of difference) as well as a fab pair of Sunglasses to hide the occasional “no-sleep” bags. Can’t forget snacks & toys……OH and a latest Style Magazine for mom ;)

Hopefully; for the sake of staying (or being perceived as) put together even with the three little bambinos, I will be walking around town with a new stylish diaper bag courtesy of Tori & her amazing style!

  • katie k

These are all great bags! I would pack diapers, wipes, food…etc. The littlest people have the most stuff!

  • Nic King

I love the green one!! I would carry everything in it! Just like I do now, milk, diapers, wipes, snacks, change of clothes. We are TTC #2 and I would love a new bag!

  • Abby Holdridge

Well I am 14 weeks pregnant and I haven’t had a baby in 6 years. So I would put the things in that I know I used to need, like diapers, wipers, breast pads, paci, a bottle of water for mama and a granola bar for me as well. But being I have 4 older children than need, need, need…I would alos have to have juice boxes for them, or small bottles of water. as well as snacks…cause when aren’t they hungry LOL…Also a hair tie for myself and my daughter and sunscreen…I think that’s what would get me out of the house :)

  • MJ Ibbitson

Of course all the important and necessary baby items, but I always carry around my wallet, cell phone, lip gloss and camera. Since I’m baking baby #2 and our daughter just turned 2, I want to be able to catch all those precious moments when we’re not home and have a bag large enough to house my camera.

  • Baseballmom

My 2nd baby is due in a few weeks and I have a 4 year old. I would need to pack cloth diapers, wipes, a wet bag for the dirty cloth diapers, change of clothes, and extra shirt for me in case of baby spit up, bib, burp cloth, bottles, snacks for my 4 year old and myself, anti-bac wipes, car keys, my wallet, body spray for myself, lip gloss and obviously a copy of CelebraTori!! ;)

  • Colleen Figueroa

We all know the basics but I also keep crayons and sticky notes for on the go entertainment ;) Always a few Hotwheel cars and Thomas the Train cars. As well as an extra spoon and breat pads (when breast feeding).

  • April Vassar

I am also on baby #4 due in Nov. I definitely need a new diaper bag fir the amount of stuff I lug around on a daily basis. I would pack users and wipes of course, snacks for other children , extra set of clothes for 23 mo old. I would carry no purse and throw in my camera, phone, keys, sippy cup and maybe a couple of bottles of water ! And gee, who know what else!!

  • Connie Kvien

I am posting for my sister. She is due with twin girls and could have them any day now (she’s on bedrest) and has a 2 year old boy too. Obviously she’ll have all the necessities (but double!) for the twins – diapers, wipes, burp clothes, change of clothes, etc. And my nephew’s diapers, toys, etc. She’ll be a super busy mama and definitely needs an awesome diaper bag! Thanks! And congrats to you Tori! :)

  • Courtney McGinnis

Love the bags! I carry everything in my diaper bag. Diapers, wipes, change of clothes, ect.. Since having kids I always carry my wallet, sunglasses, phone, tampons, and so on so I don’t have to try and keep up with two bags when I am out with my kids. Once time I had my purse and diaper bag with me and ended up leaving the diaper bag in the car. I went to pay for our food and realized that I had left my wallet in the diaper bag in the car. This is why I like everything all in one place because we can all be forgetful of things from time to time. :-)

  • Stacie Cole

I would LOVE to win this bag! I have 2 under the age of 2. A new 2 week old baby girl and a 2 year old little girl. Right now I use my oversized purse as a purse/diaper bag for myself and my daughters. Pull ups, diapers, wipes, clothes, my wallet….just some of the things I would put in my new bag!!!

  • Annette Wadas

Love those bags! Who doesn’t love a nice MBMJ bag?! If I had a new skip hop bag I plan to put diapers, wipes, snacks for me since those early days of breastfeeding you are always starving, change of clothes, my lodis wallet, cell phone and water. And probably snacks for my 3 year old too and change of clothes just in case.

  • Lynsey Robbins

Besides the essentials of the obvious (diapers, wipes etc.) I would carry in the handy front pockets some dum, dum suckers (lifesavors for errand running). *bottled water *Twine.. you never know when you need it ;) *small coin purse – stocked with quarters for the ride on machines/carousel or a run in with the icecream truck at the park. *A toy cell phone, toy keys on hand. *camera *small first aid kit *tablet and pen & crayons. *extra tank for me – spills on me ;) *purse size umbrella

  • CarrieAn13

Diapers, wipes, changes of clothes, my camera, wallet, toys, well everything is in my diaper bags

  • Stephanie Briggs

I love the look of this one! Looks like it has so much functionality too!

I would put, diapers, my hand pump, nursing cover, sling, extra change of clothes for him, snacks, and Mommy Supplies (Nusing pads, tampons, lip gloss, wallet, keys, phone, camera).

  • Stephanie Lockaby

First off congrats on baby #4! This is a awesome diaper bag and that much extra space wow!!!! I have a 5 1/2 year old daughter named Paige and my son Aidan is 2 months old. If you are like me I try to cram everything into one bag for both kids and that includes my wallet, phone and keys. Having a bigger bag with extra space would be so great. Right now I am using a walmart special which is a nice bag, but lets face it, it’s walmart and the bags fall apart a lot faster. A lot of people would say hey this bag is only $70 dollars just go out and buy it well it’s just not that easy these days. While I am going to school for my RN, my husband is the only bread winner right now and it takes everything we’ve got just to make the bills. My son Aidan who is 2 months was born with torsion testicles and has been having to go to the dr. a lot which is not cheap (even with insurance). So yes winning a free, durable, quality and fabulous new diaper bag from Tori would be awesome!

  • Brittney Adams

What would I put in the bag? What wouldn’t i put in it?!?! My daughter will be 2 on 9/8 and baby #2 will be here after Christmas! Lots of snacks (you never know what they are in the mood for!), sippy cup, diapoers, wipes, bottles, medicine, crayons, clothes (for kids and me!)….ect. You know everything that I have at home! Congrats on baby #4!!!!!!!

  • the sparklette

well im only a few weeks away from baby #2, so id need to carry things for both baby and my 2 year old. it would include: snacks, juice and water (for me). of course diapers and wipes…a change of clothes (for both bambinos) for those blow outs, a few small toys, hand sanitizer, wallet/phone/lip balm/keys! im exhausted just making this list.

  • Heidi Butterfield

I would put organic baby food, and a cotton blanket I knitted myself

  • brandi brown

hmmmm… baby #3 is on the way, so I’m sure I can find plenty to stash in one of these! I’m sure his sisters will have their Nintendo DS’s and snacks stashed in there as well! I love to carry extra clothes, diapers, wipes, powder formula packets, bottles water, clean bottles, teething gel, baby powder, pacifiers, baby nail clippers and my wallet! I’m sure I’m missing something. I don’t like to carry a separate purse, so I’m sure my cell phone would be in there as well!

  • Jill Drury

Living in a town where you have very few stores to pick from, you would never see a diaper bag so amazing! I would say I would have to put all of the major baby things in the bag. Baby wipes, Diapers, a couple changes of clothes, baby toys, my diaper bag camera (always a great must have for a diaper bag. Never know when you might need to snap some great pictures.) I can’t forget to put snacks and toys for my 3 year old daughter! Can’t wait to find out what sex your baby #4 is!

  • Jessica Homan

OMG, love these bags. Since this will be my third time around I’ve kind of got this down pat. I always keep the essentials; diapers, wipes, bottles, extra outfit, pacifier, etc. Plus I give up my purse and switch to a wristlet that I can just move in and out of my purse for work to my diaper bag for the nights and weekends. Because of that, I always dedicate a pocket inside the diaper bag for my person stuff like tampons, lipstick, compact, etc.

Good luck with your newest little bundle of joy. Can’t wait to hear his or her name – I always love the names you pick out.

  • Jessica Oakley

The question is what WOULDN’T I carry in this bag?? My current diaper bag to my October 2011 baby girl (Just like your Hattie :)) is bursting at the seams. I’m not sure why I bought my teeny one this go around (I have a 4yr old son) but I am regretting it! Anyway…my bag usually consist of extra clothes (up the back poops), snacks aka distration and baby quieters…toys (which don’t work as well as snack hehe. Wipes and diapers of course…First aid (meds, diaper rash cream, thermometer, etc), bibs, bottles, and then my wallet since carrying my purse just doesn’t make sense when my hands are super full already…camera…sunscreen…my kindle…and so much more! Usually it is over flowing and driving me crazy…It has no organizational pockets and its STRESSING me out! Like you, I like to be organized so this bag has got to go! Plus it would be nice to have a cute stylish one!! It would be very much appreciated and put to use!

Thanks and your website is my guilty pleasure during naptime when I should be cleaning! ;)

Jessica O-Stay at home mommy to Owen age 4 and Ella 10 months!/Wife to my best friend Dustin!/part time special needs teacher

  • Kriste Young

Wow!! That bag would be a life saver, I am preggers with baby #2 and my current bag is busting at the seams with #1′s stuff. I would carry diapers, wipes, bottles, change of clothes, burp cloth, toys, and I am sure there are many more things I am leaving off.

  • Chrystal Jacobs

I would love to have a new diaper bag! I’d carry the baby’s things plus mine (wallet, camera, glasses…)! Would like to have something cute that I can use as a diaper bag and purse :) I’m pregnant with my 3rd baby. I have a son who is 9 years old, and an angel baby girl in Heaven who was stillborn at 32 weeks.
These bags are super cute and would absolutely love to have one! Also, Congrats to you Tori.. You have such beautiful babies :)

  • Christina S

I am a new mommy for the 2nd time having had my baby girl this summer. My first diaper bag with my daughter 4 and a half year ago was destroyed by the time I didn’t need it anymore. As you said, they go through a beating! This time around, with no shower, I have been using a beach bag! It does hold everything though, snacks, cloth diapers and wetbags, clothes, blankets, bottles, bibs, wipes, toys and activities for my oldest and of course my make -up (no new mommy glow here, just breakouts!), wallet, keys, phone and the kitchen sink ;) I would love a new bag!

  • Becky Last name

Being a first time mom to be! I would pack my cloth diapers ( plenty of them of course), my bag to carry them in,burp cloth, wipes, favorite giraffe teething toy.a few receiving blankets. no need for any bottles yet … momma is carrying everything you need in that department. :) maybe some diaper rash cream if needed… sure i will find much much more to put in it once the baby is here !! so exciting !! Hope you have a happy and safe delivery Tori! You and Dean make beautiful babies !! Love the blogs keep them up!

  • KIMBERLY MOSKAL

Diapers, his favorite toy, extra clothing, his food and a picture of his sister, mommy and daddy so they are with him wherever he goes.

  • Tanya Lyon

I have no idea! I’m having my first baby at the age of 37. I’ve never been so scared in my life till now. Nor so excited! I have no idea where to start. Seeing you Tori and your family – it’s inspirational:)

  • Sarah Eenigenburg

As becoming a first time mom I am looking for the best and most practical diaper bag. I not only want to carry all the estentials for the baby but also want to be able to carry snacks, my wallet, epi-pen, inhaler, sunglasses, make up, keys, and of course the stuff my husband throws to me and ask me to hold while we are out. This would be such an amazing bag!

  • Joie Gunter

We’re expecting number 4 in 2 weeks!! We’re having a girl, which will bring us to a grand total of 2 boys and 2 girls! I am super organized, so I plan to carry one of everything in my diaper bag. Cloth diapers, a wet bag, extra clothes for her and me, and her Daddy Doll for when daddy deploys next year.

Congrats Tori! I can’t wait to see your precious new baby! I’m sure he/she will be just as gorgeous as your others!

  • Kay Shumate

With baby number 4 due early November, I would love a bag that can fit everything! Diapers, wipes, bottles, sippy cups, snacks, clothes, blankets, toys, and the list goes on! Thanks!

  • Meredith Nguyen

I have an 11 month old and another baby on the way, I am going to need lots of room for everything I will need for both babies! Diapers, wipes, sunscreen, extra clothes and of course my emergency formula, snacks and baby food stash for those days we are out and about.

  • Jennifer Pinkney

I’m about to be a mommy of 3 so a change of clothes for all go in that bag. Tons of diapers and wipers for newborn explosions, and the breast feeding cover. Love you Tori!!

  • Karen Faggioli

I am not expecting, but my sister, Jennifer, and her husband are expecting thier first child!! I would love to give her something special at her baby shower and wouldn’t it be awesome if it was from Tori as well!!! I know she will be an awesome mother and I cant wait to be an Aunt!!! I am sooo excited for her!! I will make sure its fully packed with everything she’ll need for the new baby and I know she would love it too!!

I would make sure there’s even a camera for all the firsts that she will be experiencing!!

  • Roni DeVore

I am on pregnancy number 3, and for some reason am more scared than ever. I am entering my 3rd trimester and cannot wait for the arrival of baby London Gabriella. <3 Since this is the first baby that my grandmother will not be around for the planning and arrival of, the first thing I put in my diaper bag is a picture of her. She is my insperation. I then always have two to three chic outfits for my babies in the bag, because every baby should be comfy and clean, yet look fabulous. My breast pump (a must!) My Honest Company diapers (so chic looking and environmentally friendly). Butt paste :) wipes -I need to find a cute wipe dispenser for my bag this time around, burp cloths and bibs. I also need to pack my cell phone, lip gloss, wallet and a good book. I'm still on your first book Tori-I plan on reading that on late feeding nights, which will probably be the only time this mommy will get now that we are homeschooling our other two. :)

  • Tasha Scachetti

I love all these diapers bags…Tori you have the BEST taste! Congrats on your number four!!You are sweet loving Mama and I love your show so so much!!

I am a Mama of three and surprise number four ( I just had a little girl in September 2011 so we thought we were done with two boys and now a sweet little girl!) on the way! I am actually searching for a new diaper bag with awesome storage! The SkipHop looks amazing! I currently have it stocked with a variety of snacks for my three year old and almost one year old. Not to mention Elle’s (1) fav dolly and Evan’s (31/2) firetruck. Luckily my oldest, Noah (11), can carry along his own things but with us expectingp becoming a Mama of four!

  • Steph

The diaper bags are sooo cute! I am due in January and I would literally pack everything I could into them, bottles, snacks, diapers, my wallet, chapstick, toys, and even dogs treats for our yellow Lab Nola!

  • wendy MacDonald

My youngest son is almost a year. I still have not purchased a diaper bag because i could never find one i loved. So i am still using my purse as a double duty diaper bag. These diaper bags look great!

  • Micaela Lechuga Maxham

I’m a FTM due next month so this would come in handy for sure :)

Besides the obvious things (diapers/wipes/burp cloths/extra clothes etc), i would pack lots of bows and headbands. We had a sonogram last friday (37 weeks) and she already had a headfull of hair :) it was amazing to see it floating around– totally surprised, totally in awe of God’s (our) perfect creation.

Thanks for the chance and fingers crossed! xo

  • Tammy C

I’m a First Time Mommie at 38! I really am clueless as to what all will go into my diaper bag…except for diapers, wipes…bottles and pacifers…toys? I think you are a great Mom and I have been a fan since 90210! Thanks Tori!

  • Jackie Fritz

Baby bags are used for so much more than baby necessities. Moms and dads usually drop a few things in there as well. It is amazing how much of a lifeline these bags tend to be. How many times have you been horrified that you left you bag behind somewhere? See. Very important investment indeed.

  • natacha venter

With a baby on the way, I would pack the bag with stuff for the hospital! Headbands, lipbalm, soother (for baby), take home outfit, granola bars, extra socks, flip flops for the hospital shower (EEEWWW), whatever I would need to meet my new little one!

Thanks for the opportunity! I love watching you guys and your growing family!

  • PJ Stuart

I am currently starting classes to become a foster mother at the ripe old age of 50!! Sadly, I have not done this before now as I teach and am single so the cost of supporting a child wasn’t feasible. But I would love to help these babies who need a safe, loving place to live for a short time, long time, or until they grow up. I’m leaving it up to the universe to decide. I believe we are connected to the souls we are supposed to meet in life.

The state where I live only gives foster parents twenty dollars a day to pay for expenses, and that includes daycare as vouchers are no longer provided. Any baby supplies that I don’t have to pay for would be awesome. I’m not going to lie, aside from diapers, wipes, and formula, I’m not totally sure what I’d put in this stunning bag, but I’m sure I’ll figure it out and it will be STUFFED.

Long term, I’m hoping to start a non-profit exchange for foster parents to help supply the necessary items for free.

  • Adrienne Epperson

What a cute bag! I’m due with Baby #2 in early November. My first diaper bag has been through a lot. If I were to get this new bag, I think it’s definitely important to pack for my toddler as well as the baby. Snacks, change of clothes, diapers, maybe a little toy.

Packing changes of clothes, diapers, wipes, burp rags, binkie, etc for the baby as well.

  • Lyndi Hagan

Although I am not preggers, I am getting ready to be a first time Great Auntie/Ninnie (semi-grandma). I tend to forget my niece is not my daughter!! She is expecting her first daughter in 6 weeks!! She is somewhat young (17), but is doing everything possible to ensure her and her daughter’s future!! One of the only things Li’l Moma has complained about is the lack of stylish diaper bags!! Like most women, Li’l Moma loves her some handbags and purses! And with Ms. Kinley so close, she has searched high and low for a good bag to double as both a diaper bag and a purse! The Versa would be PERFECTO!! I imagine Li’l Moma will cram it full of EVERYTHING, she takes after me in that we tend to overpack just a whee bit!! Only if you think 10 bottles, at least 15 outfits, extra blankets, extra diapers, pretty much extra everything is excessive? Hey, you never know when there will be an impromptu photograph session or a zombie apocalypse?!

  • Bobbi Reid

I would put all my babies things in it, of course. I also will put things for my son with autism in it. I like to have snacks and drinks along for him and I wouldn’t have to keep them in my purse. I also have picture schedules and small toys in the bag I have right now. I love all the diaper bags.

  • Paige Dunn

Congrats on Baby #4 T! We are about to have Boy #2 next month. You would laugh if you saw my diaper bag situation. I tend to just grab whatever is closest when I’m trying to pack up and head out the door. Sometimes that means a reusable grocery bag which yes does the trick but I am so in need of a great bag. I love the Skip Hop bag and its actually on my Pinterest board :) So what would I put in it? Well, besides the norm these are the must haves – an iPad for emergency distraction pre tantrum, boogie wipes, bubbles, snacks for the whole fam, sunscreen wipes, water, toy of the moment (stacking cups are a fav of my 19 month old), Burts Bees tinted chap stick (if I olny have a sec to freshen up this does the trick). I’d love to say I’d stash a book in there but chasing a toddler and a newborn on the way….who am I kidding.

  • Missy Vadasy

Having 4 kids myself and always on the go with sports, dance, etc. I would use this bag for everything! Diapers, snacks, trips to the zoo….on vacation, to the beach…the possibilities are endless. I am a foster mommy as well so when we get infants, it’s always useful to have alarge enough diaper bag to add infant necessities in there!

  • Possum

My brother and his new wife are expecting their first child, they live in Australia and I am in American and have missed out on the entire pregnancy, the shower is next month and I am trying to save up to go back for it but looks like I will miss it. I will however find a way to make sure I am there when he/she (they want a surprise) is born a month later. I won’t be able to get them much of a present so this would be amazing to be able to hand this over and not have to be embarrassed.

I’d love to be able to plot with my brother to put the key to their new house inside the bag for his wife when I get back to visit. They have been renovating like crazy their new home which they gutted immediately to start fresh as it was unlivable but the right location, this happened right before they found out they were expecting and now it’s a race to have the house even liveable let alone finished in time for October. I know they’re under a lot of stress right now from that. My brother is someone who makes things happen and if I win or not I hope they have the most amazing life in their new home.

  • Ali B

  • DONNA LOMBARDI

Well since this is baby #1 for me, btw it’s a girl, Logan… I will probably over do it. My My My nursing shaw, binkys. diapers and wipes and changing pads. I’m sure I will have a extra outfit or two. I plan on down-sizing my purse, that will not be easy but a must, so I can slid it in there as well. I’ve already started my emergency numbers and info sheet so that will be a must. My digital camera so I can catch all of the firsts… My phone my keys and I’m always a “little” germ freak so there will be a bottle of germ-X… I am a girly girl myself so I’m sure there will be trips to the mall and a pet peeve of mine is when I’m ina publis bathroom and mom is changing the baby and throw the dirty diaper right in the trash. I have puppy-poo bags (pink ones) so I can tie the diaper up before it goes in the trash…I love the smell of baby lotion when you snuggle with them so that will be in there..I also have a sheer blanket, so when she’s in the stroller I can put it over the stroller but still be able to see her. She’s due Oct 18th, good luck with baby 4 to you and if I’m forgetting something…let me know…

    xoxo

  • Alyssa Maliska

I would most definitely use it for the new baby but I will need that extra room for the extra cars, crayons, snacks, etc… for my first born. :-) I could hopefully make it my temporary purse!

  • Joy Fuson

What wouldn’t I carry in this awesome bag!!! I love that it is sleek and stylish. I would carry all the juice and snacks and everything to keep the kids occupied while out and about. This is actually a great bag to carry all the things I need as a homeschool mom, while we are on field trips and outings, too. Thanks :)

  • Ali Colato

I would stop throwing diapers and wipes in my purse and start using this adorable bag instead!! I usually HATE diaper bags because they look like diaper bags! Love this!

  • Pamela Diaz

I’m prego with my first baby due in January, just found out it’s a girl 2 weeks ago! I would carry everything I can in the diaper bag like diapers, wipes, blanket, bottles, extra clothes, changing pad, pacifier, etc… I’m so excited :)

  • Julie Murphy

With 4 kids, it’s more like what wouldn’t I carry in it! They range from ages 15 to 5 months so I’m likely to have everything from iPods and Lego’s to lipgloss and binky’s.

  • Annie SWANY

We are expecting our 5th child this Novmeber. After 4 boys, we’d love a girl but as long as baby is healthy who really cares!
I’ve been eyeing this bag for awhile, it’s adorable, and of course I’d stuff it with diapers, clothes, ( muslin) swaddle blankets ( love those) and snacks for my older boys too.
Thanks for the chance to win!
    YEOW!

  • Andreane Proulx

I would carry in the Versa the basics (but mandatory) diapers, cream, clothes and some of my other Skip*Hop products such as the paci egg holder and the swipe! I would use that 20% more space to put everything I will buy for my son (love shopping haha)

  • EASHCM

I would so love to have this diaper bag. My husband and I are in the process of adopting our 2nd child. With the expences of adoption I don’t have alot of extra money for the fun stuff. Pick me!!! Thanks!

  • hoppipollak

Ooh, I’ve been swooning over 3 of these! (Ikabags, Versa, and PBK) You picked all of my favorites, plus the green one is amazing too! I’ve been searching for just the right bag ever since #1 came along, to have something perfect for #2! Must be roomy, durable, with lots of pockets, and doubling as a purse is a plus! The Versa looks perfect. I’d stuff it with everything needed for a toddler and a newbie… Snacks, sippies, extra clothing, muslin wrap, etc. and my new thing is keeping my purse essentials in a small Coach clutch and tossing that in the diaper bag as needed!

  • Cate Renfro

We have 3 kids, 2 of which are still in diapers, so a new diaper bag would be great! I’ve been searching for a bigger one and absolutely love skip hop’s sophisiticated style and quality fabrics. We use cloth diapers, so a big bag is a must! I think this would be perfect for carrying all of the essentials: diapers, blankets, extra outfits, snacks, sippy cups, etc!

  • Sheri Gatje

These bags are beautiful. After 5 yrs, my daughter is finally pregnant and these bags look like they could be just the thing that could hold years of hopes and dreams come true. Diaper bags did not look like that when I had my kids…..

  • Pearl Spinharney

We just had our third baby, a girl after 2 boys! I am so in love, I am tempted to have a fourth.. you have to let us know how it is!! I am loving 3 :) I would fill the new diaper bag with sippy cups for my older two, our cloth diapers, wipes, snacks, diaper cream, extra clothes, and undies for my 3 year old who occassionally has an accident… The book I am currenly reading (it is actually Uncharted terriTORI)… and the few things I need to keep with me.. wallet, chapstick, deoderant, cell phone, and the keys to our mini van. I love reading the other comments, all of us moms have a lot in common! :)

  • Coopmans Mom

My bag doubles as a diaper bag and purse so everything baby including throw away disposable bags for diaper changes and hand santizer as well as wallet and cell phone get thrown inside. I was very fortunate one time though on my way to Buy Buy Baby when he had a serious blow out, I mean out the side of the diaper and shorts and hand smearing it all in the hair kind of blowout. I had packed a travel size baby wash and had a bottle of water in the car for me to drink so he got an impromptu bath in the back of the Acadia – thank God for fold-down seats. Plus, we were at Buy Buy Baby so naturally he had to get a new outfit cuz poo is not the new black.

Really though my favorite bag yet is a freebie that I got from the Onetouch people – I had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant. The nutritionist asked if I wanted the free meter in the ugly black functional bag or the Onetouch meter in the super cute brown/pink/orange paisley bag. Gee, which did I chose? I get compliments on it all the time and people ask me where I got it. I love it but really I think it’s time for an upgrade :)

  • shyla white

I just had my second child in June and we’re hoping the 3rd is in the oven, though it’s still too soon to tell. We’re planning on having 5 kids. I would stuff this bag with all the necessary baby stuff, the fun stuff, too, and see just how much it can hold and if it can survive that many babies! :)

  • Monica Roberts

It’s probably a shorter list of what i won’t put in! Having had a girl and now having a boy I feel like I am starting over! The essentials like diapers, wipes and extra clothing are a must. I would throw in hand sanitizer, but cream, baby powder, plastic bags for those random dirty diapers. Basic meds for both children, a thermometer and band aids. I’d make sure to throw in last minute any snacks,water/juice and formula, with clean bottles or containers if needed. And since it will be fall weather I’ll double check to have a warm blanket and I would love to find a portable wipe warmer, just keeping my little man in mind during those cold diaper changing outings! Anything I forgot to put in diaper bag is probably in my purse:)

  • Whitney Mangum

Well, I am not currently expecting ( we are def trying for number two!) but, my best friend is expecting her first in December. I plan on getting her an awesome diaper bag stocked with all the essentials that I know of since I have a 6 year old. I know from going to hundreds of baby showers that people tend to get wrapped up in all the clothes, mementos and what not so I like to give all the essentials for the late nights and on the gos. I will stock her bag with Mylicon, binkies, burp cloths, thermometer Tylenol (for mama and baby) and I always stick in a gift card to Babies r us for any additional stuff she may want to choose herself. If I were to get her one of these bags though I would probably have to put in a gift certificate to a spa and a “call me anytime for babysitting coupon” so that she could enjoy it! Oh and a matching little wallet so she won’t have to carry a purse and as stylish as these are she would probably not want to anyway!!! I am not posting to win I just want to say thanks for sharing these so I can order one and get to stuffing it for her!!! Thanks soooo much!

  • delloni83

Hi Tori. My daughter is 9 weeks old. The diaper bag we have was given to me by my mother in law and I can’t fit anything in it. We can’t afford to buy anything else so we are stuck with this. If I had this bag I would put extra clothes and hair bands (since she looks like my husband and I want to make sure she looks like a girl) extra diapers, books (I am a teacher and this is essential) and of course bottles. When she is older there will be toys and snacks and anything educational that I can afford.

This bag would be something to make me stand out and for once to look fashionable as a mom. My husband commented to me this morning that I have the mommy look of sweats and a t-shirt. I hope to prove him wrong.

  • Mommyof3

I’m due with my 3rd little girl in October!! I’d love to fill this bag with all of the necessities for my three girls! The more I have, the more I tend to carry. I’ll be carrying diapers for my 17 month old as well as my new baby, changes of clothing for both, bottles, wipes, changing pad, diaper cream, diaper bags to dispose of diapers in, hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes for restaurants & other places I’d like to clean before my littles touch…the list goes on! :)

  • Alejandra Martinez

I’d fill it with every snack imaginable and of course, some extra “lovies” and his cup of water. There are so many things I try to fit into my bag already just to keep baby happy that I’d be thrilled to carry all of his goodie in a stylish one!

  • Denise Moore

I’m awaiting arrival of son number 2. My boys will be 2 years apart and both in diapers. I am looking for something big enough to carry the toddlers toys, snacks and a few diapers plus the newborn essentials. The Versa looks perfect!!

  • Jessica Chartraw

This happens to be the bag I would LOVE to have as my diaper bag. It is so stylish and does not look like the typical bag most women carry. This is my first child, a girl, baby Isabelle. I would love to carry my cute cloth diapers in this bag and not have to worry about carrying a second bag for a purse as I lug everything else baby around. ;)

  • Jacki Summey

After trying to get pregnant for 3 years and it finally happening, I’ll definitely be carrying some cute toys so baby can play as well as diapers and a change of clothes for those surprises that I’m sure will be making an appearance when we’re nowhere near home! :)

  • Abiggs

I have a 2 1/2 yo daughter and a 6month old son… I would carry everything but the kitchen sink! Well, if the sink would fit, it would be handy to take along with me:)

  • MamaLE

I have a 22mo old and 2 mo old, both boys. I would carry extra clothes for both, toys, and the neccessities diapers, wipes, rash cream. :)

  • STACEY ROSALES

Recently found out we’re expecting baby number two. Aside from being over the moon for out new bundle of joy, I must admit that I love shopping for the new addition. I had a PPB bag and love it, but I learned that it’s just not as functional as I’d like it to be and need it to be. And, with baby number 2 on the way, I’ve decided that functionality is top priority this time around! From basic needs to the entire collection of Thomas and his friends, my bag is always packed full with necessaties and more!!

  • Amanda Usher

I have a 3 year old boy, 2yr old girl, 10 month old girl and am expecting baby #4 in October….I do not have a fabulous/functional diaper bag and at the moment tend to throw everything into my handbag, on the floor of my car and hope for the best. I would love a new diaper bag to make sure I can leave the house easier with diapers, wipes, rash cream, extra clothes, activities and play toys, hair accessories, cars, you name it….I am always grabbing loads of things and throwing it into my car and there has been the occasion where I have been caught without wipes….not a pleasant experience!

  • Meg Powwow

Hi Tori!! So excited that you and I are both due very soon! I plan on keeping lots of fun treasures and necessities in my diaper bag including : Cloth Diapers and wipes, a wet bag, a change of clothes for the baby and extra top for me (vintage of course)—incase we get PUTB (AKA “poo up the back-” this usually happens when on a plane or very far from home LOL), my favortite sunglasses, snacks to keep up my energy for nursing and being on the go, lip gloss, my 6 year olds Nintendo DS, my cell phone and car keys. Can’t wait to hear about your newest addition. Love you and your family!! Good Luck in the coming weeks :)

    XOXO

  • Katier12

Hi Tori – thank you so much for the contest, what perfect timing! I’m on the hunt for a new bag as the bags I like are too “girly” for my husband but the Versa looks so “Versatile”!

Since our home is all boys, with my second due in Nov., I know I’ll be carrying toy bugs or frogs, since we’re in a bug/frog phase, a nursing cover, small cooler for milk, wipes, diapers, diapers, and more diapers, a portable changing pad, Boogie wipes (love these), my son’s blanket “B”, pacifiers, oh and probably the iPad…our lifesaver on road trips! Plus, for some reason my three-year old is into singing Barbara Ann by the Beach Boys so you have to be ready to bust that out at any moment. Also, I think it helps to carry the number for a good spa…

  • Alice

I just had my second daughter and I feel like it is finally time to have a place to put all the things I need in a bag like this!

I have been trying to save as much money as possible throughout both of my pregnancies which meant only 4-5 tops total for myself and using any old bags I had lying around from college to make-do with for a diaper bag and it would be great to have a functional bag to put my one-year old’s crayons, notebook, sippy cup, snacks, etc and all of my new daughter’s essentials plus a great place to put a water bottle, keys, and other things that I need when we are out and about.

Anyone who gets this bag would be lucky to have something so functional and sleek! I know all of us mommies go through the same thing where we put our families and children first and forget to take care of ourselves sometimes!

  • Deana Steele

I luv skip hop! Definitely going to need a new diaper bag for baby #2!

  • Stephanie Smith

In the middle of planning our wedding, my fiance and I discovered we were pregnant with our first. It was both a pleasant surprise and a blessing. Every baby is a blessing but this blessing is very special to us because my fiance was told there was a good possibility that he would not be able to have children due to a medical condition. This is devastating for anyone to hear but I love him and stood by his side no matter what our fate. When we found out it was the happiest news and the best feeling in the world to learn we would become parents. We are still very new at this and struggling to balance our careers, bills, wedding costs and a new baby on the way. We haven’t been able to plan very much yet but this is what we would put in this fabulous Versa diaper bag:

    -Diapers of course
    -Wipes
    -Soother
    -Hand sanitizer
    -Diaper rash cream
    -Vaseline
-bib + food to keep their tummy happy
    -Change of clothes
-Their favorite stuffed animal and or book
    -Teething ring
    -My wallet, keys and phone

  • Dana cbore

I would carry everything fo rmy current 19month old and then eventually the things for my new little one. Right now its cloth diapers, snacks, milk cup, wipes, my wallet, keys, cell phone and anything else that may be needed for longer outings. I like having one bag for everything not carrying a purse and a diaper bag

  • Kathy Parsons

Hi Tori! Thank you soo much for doing this contest! I’m expecting my second child after trying for 10 years and experiencing a miscarriage! I have an 11 year old daughter so it has been a while since I have had to buy all the cute adorable baby things, I can’t wait! I would sooo love to win this diaper bag because since we don’t know what the baby is yet, it could be for either gender, and my hubby won’t mind carrying this bag because it’s not the typical flowers and butterfly kind of diaper bag :)

  • Kathy Parsons

Hello again Tori I was so excited to see this contest that I did not read the full explanation of the rules, I didn’t list what I would carry in the diaper bag. The list includes:

    diaper rash cream

    diapers

    baby wipes

mine/or my husband’s keys and wallet and car keys

    baby food

    cell phone

    extra clothes

baby hat (in case the sun is out)

Thanks again for doing this contest!

  • Megan Sandridge

I’d be carring formula mix, bottles, water, diapers, wipes, games. and a LOAD of SMILES WITH UNLIMITED LOVE! I’ll be taking care of my soon to be nephew, ue in September. I am too excitied!

  • MJ Asparro

My husband and I are expecting our second baby in September. This time around I plan on carrying an extra shirt for daddy in my diaper bag. We had too many accidents the first time around!

  • Tera McGill

I am expecting baby number 4 as well and my first boy. In my diaper bag I would carry diapers of course and wipes, pacifiers, burp cloths, extra clothes, blanket, changing pad, nursing cover, nursing pads, baby toys, and all my personal things in my purse as well like wallet, phone, keys, pens, notepad, hand sanitizer, sunglasses, glasses, coupons, mints, gum, and lipgloss. I would also keep things for my toddler as well like snacks, sippy cup, books, colors and maybe even the ipad for longer outings.

  • angel wehlage

I’ll be carrying all the mommy essentials plus all my purse contents, which consists of my wallet and coupons (since I’m a mommy). Hopefully this can be as much for me as for them….hopefully room for a bit of “me” stuff too….I need a stylish bag now that it’s all about them I need to look good so they do too……:)

  • Kristie McCormick

I’ll be stowing baby and toddler essentials in the SkipHop bag. So bottles, diapers, wipes, cups galore! I’ll have to get used to packing for an infant again as the necessities for a toddler seem to diminish from newborn stuff. Changing pad, dining mat, extra outfits, travel dining untensils, hand sanitizer, wallet, keys, phone….etc!

  • Lauren Hines

All of these bags are great! I would carry all of my essentials (or so I hear from all of my mommy friends) like wipes, passies, changing pad, diapers, burp clothes, toys and all of my necessities!

  • Erin Risovi

I would fill it with all the baby essentials I’ll need for baby #2. I would include diapers, wipes, hand sanitizer, blanket, pacifier, change of clothes, toys, gas drops, bottle, formula…the list goes on and on!

I’d also include things I might need, like my wallet, cell phone, keys, etc.

What a fun give away!! I am obsessed with bags, so this is right up my alley!

  • Stephanie Ruggiero

    Hi Tori,
If I won one of your gorgeous diaper bags I would actually gift it to my sister who is expecting her first child (a boy) on September 11th, 2012. A couple more weeks…..”squeeeeeeeel”….so excited for her!
As her older sister who already has 2 small children of my own, I would advise her to carry:
diapers, wipees, paci, diaper rash cream, a sun hat, change of clothes, burp cloths, a nursing cover-all, a little blankie, some toys and of course all her own essentials for herself.

  • Angel Harrison

As a hopeful first time mommy, I will hold all my hopes and dreams for a healthy, beautiful baby, and wishes for he/she to have a wonderful life in the bag :)

  • liz rudd

If I could afford one, oh would I have one already for my baby boy due in October! What wouldn’t I put in one of these diaper bags; my homemade cloth diapers, wipes, my daughters extra clothes, my new babys change of clothes, chap stick, bottle of water, my breast pump, pens, paper, crayons, color book..need to be prepared, my wallet, my eyeglasses to use for driving, wet bag, phone and camera to catch those special moments and snacks for the kids because we are always on the go!

Thanks for reading my post..I hope I grab your attention for purse perfection!

  • Melissa Hoye

I would put, diapers, wipes, bottles, hand sanitizer, crayons, coloring books, snacks, and my wallet :)

  • Kikicorbs

I’m a soon to be first time mom expecting twins! Ahh! So, in all honesty, I’ll be packing a whole lot of hope and faith- in abundance! I’m not even sure yet WHAT else goes in there but I promise it will be whatever I need to keep my baby boys safe and happy- and probably some things to help keep me sane too :-)

  • Rachel Wettering

I keep all the essentials…diapera, wipes, change of clothes, extra binky for emergencies, and medicine for baby and mommy and daddy!

  • Yvette Vargas Rudolph

I am going to be a mom for the first time late this year. This is something doctors told me for the last 13 years would never happen because I have too many medical conditons. Needless to say my husband and I are overjoyed to be expecting our little girl, Abigail Vaughn. As for what I would put in a diper bag I am sure getting a lot of advice. I’m guessing that as time goes on I will know better but for now I’m thinking diapers, wipes, a change of clothes, and anything else we might need for her while we are out

  • lola

rescue remedy spray ( for strangers that are in awe about me with so many kids i have 3) lol

    bandaids, neosporin, bug spray

  • Mel

As a first time mommy-to-be, I don’t have practical plans for what I’ll keep in my diaper bag. But I do know I will keep a copy of the ultrasound tucked away in there…so that when I inevitably get overwhelmed…when baby’s thrown up all over itself or pooped up its back!…I can always be reminded of what a little miracle he or she is (even if, in the moment, that little miracle is smelly and messy!)

  • Christine Moyer

Love that bag, Tori! Thanks for showing us your top picks. I’m not even sure what the essentials are yet, but I’m sure I’ll learn quick when the first baby comes!

    xoxo

  • Louise Genefaas

I’ll be a new mum in april, so I’m guessing I would keep extra changes of cloth diapers, facecloths, wipes, books, hat, toys, change of clothes, teething rings, extra receiving blankets, snack for mum n dad, and baggies of dog treats (hopefully there are separate compartments), something for the whole family!! And of course a camera to capture those special family moment! i hear they grow up so fast! i imagine with the weight of the bag ll have to keep daddy around to carry it!! it would look ever so stylish on him I’m sure!

  • sabrina whitaker

I am having my second child in October and wouldlove this diaper bag. I’ve been saving for something special but haven’t found anything. Since I also have a 4 year old–I will be carrying stuff for both children and my wallet and craft stuff in it as well!!

I dont have a new diaper bag since my oldest son Aidan (hes now 5 just started kinder!) and I would love some advice on what bag to get from an experienced Mother like you T! This sounds like it might have to be a big diaper bag! thanks T

  • JRenee

Oh my! I am over the moon about the opportunity to get one of your favorite diaper bags. Thanks for letting everyone know about your fave 5! This helps with my fun hunt for a stylish diaper bag. As a first time mom I thought it was helpful to read other parents’ responses too. For my newborn I would for sure would have toys, a blanket, diapers, wipes, and extra clothes in case of a ‘blowout.’. The stylish bag would also hold my lipstick and wallet. :)
I’m so excited to become a mom. Being a part of discussions adds to the fun. Please choose me. I would love a little Tori influence in my motherhood. I love following you on twitter. You inspire me as a mom!

  • Shantel McFeeters

Having baby number two soon. i would have hand sanitizer, nursing cover, nipple reliefe, nursing pads, change of clothes for each child, gold fish crackers, water bottle, burp cloth, diaper wipes diaper rash cream, camera phone, bandades. activity book for my 2 year old.

Love the Skip Hop bag…have never heard of this before! Thanks for keeping us up on all the top mommy trends! My list of diaper bag items almost seems never ending…I’ve been a nanny for 15yrs (11yrs with my current family) and I just had my first!!! An amazingly BEAUTIFUL wonderful little girly girl, Mraz Soleil!!! I usually like to keep one of everthing, so that I am always prepared!! Books are great, because they can keep you and baby occupied any place you go!! We always keep our organic puffies and rice mum mums handy to!! Thanks, Kiki Ps…making Dean’s grilled pizza this weekend!!

  • Joie McKim

I am a soon to be mommy of TWO boys! I have a VERY active 3.5 year old little boy now and expecting another in October. I carry everything but the kitchen sink around with me already. Dreft pen( must have item) Snacks, action figures, extra clothes and underwear(for him and me once the baby comes!), hand sanitizer, sippy cups, books, wipes…… Soon I will have to add bottles, binky, formula container, blanket, diapers, triple paste, several extra outfits, baby toys…..list is endless. I haven’t been satisfied with any diaper bags I have tried, but am looking forward to finding success with Skip Hops Versa Bag as I hear such great things about their bags. I love your show and think you are an amazing mom and respect your opinions very much. Hope you are planning another season soon so we can meet the new little ones!

  • Kimberly koerber

Last week we just found out we are expecting #2! I’m sooo excited, of course I’m already picking out fabric swatches and going crazy on Pinterest. I love Tori’s style, pre-baby, maternity and post-baby! I would carry my breastfeeding essentials (cover, burp clothes, nipple shield, travel size nipple cream, breast pads), extra clothes, diapers, wipes, SOPHIE!!!, and of course my 3 yr old would throw in his treasures as well (a lightening mcqueen and a francesco bernouli goes everywhere with us!).

  • Kristen Vandermolen

I love Skip Hop products…my current diaper bag is a Skip Hop and it has taken a beating…this one is awesome…I would stock it with all the necessities for my new little one and lots of snack and other goodies to keep my older two entertained…thanks Tori…I love your website. Good luck with #4…hope all goes smoothly:)

  • Kim Harris

Love the Bag I would put in it whatever will fit!!!!!

  • Cammy Gollner

    Tori,

I HIGHLY recommend the Patemm bag. It was invented by a Mom in San Francisco. It is lightweight, round and has pockets in it. It’s amazing. I used it for both my babies.

    http://www.patemm.com/Default.asp

  • Shana

Well I’m not a mommy to be at the moment but I have a 1 year old daughter and a 4 year old son. I was so busy with my son that my daughter didn’t get a lot of new items when she was born, we used a lot of hand me downs. I’m using a old worn out diaper bag and would love love love the Skip Hop bag! I’d carry diapers of course, change of clothes, snacks, and toys.

  • Marcie Lynn Florance

I would fill this bag with every possible baby goodie for my sister who is due with her first baby on Oct. 10! It would be such an awesome surprise for her! It is always smart and chic to have more than one diaper bag packed and ready to go!!!

  • Alexis Janiszewski

I love this bag!!! I would carry anything i could fit!!! First , the babys stuff!! Then my 2 year olds goodies and toys! They really come in handy when your on the go. Also… all of the “mommys” things. Poor me havent been able to carry a purse in years lol. Carrying a 10 month old and a 2 year old… its hard to keep track of one. Oh and wait….. cant forget daddy when hes with us…. Cant forget his sunglasses or glasses. And maybe we will find out soon if we can fit one more lil one in this bag!!!

    Fingers crossed!

    Thank YOU!!!!

  • Kara

SO cute!!! I would fill it with our cloth diapers, extra outfits, toys and snacks :) With two kids under 2 a great diaper bag is a neccessity!

  • Sarah Fox

I would definitely have a designated area for my 2 year old and another for my 3 month old, and another for me! Organization is totally key for me and my sanity!! This bag is just so chic and 20% extra storage?! Count me in! :)

  • Tre

I’ll be carrying 2 of everything. I’m expecting twins! This will be my #1 go-to bag for keeping babies happy. I will most likely fill this with 2 “lovies”, 2 pacifiers, 4 diapers, a package of wipes, and some butt paste. Oh, and a bottle of water to keep me hydrated!

  • Laura Fragoso

Well, my first baby is due in a month, so I am sure what I think will be in there will change! But, I am guessing everything in my purse, plus wipes, diapers, pacis, cooler bag for breast milk, burp cloths, extra baby clothes, toys, and of course my iphone!

  • Jennifer H

Well, my first baby is due in March….so I will probably load it down with everything that I think I might need! LOL! Until I figure out what I really need! :)

  • shereen FIORITO

you forgot to show a Vera Bradley Diaper Bag. I absolutelyy loved mine and still use it 5 years later – yep it holds up that well. all cloth so it can be washed in the machine and comes out looking good as new. i especially love colors – pick an chose your style or your baby’s they are great!!!

  • Beth Henry

In my diaper bag I would carry my must-haves: 2 changes of clothes for baby, 5 diapers, diaper wipes, 2 pacis, 2 quiet toys, one thin blanket, 2 burp clothes, hand sanitizer, 2 bottles, snacks (age appropriate), BabyLegs leg warmers; and I would carry your book (because it made me laugh) for when the baby falls asleep in the car and I have to sit there until he wakes up or lose the nap time.

Being the mother of two means packing everything possible you may need because of the simple fact you never know what you’re going to need!! Plus packing a few items for yourself like snacks and water because sometimes you’re so busy you forget to eat! A water bottle for my toddler, snack cup and crackers, fruit snacks, a bib, lots of wipes because you use them for everything! Two size diapers for each child, baby powder, Desitin, travel size baby shampoo and wash for those emergencies! Also very important to have an extra set of clothes for both babies for those unexpected leaks which happen more then you like. Burp cloths for the baby, sunscreen and sunhats. Last but not least a few toys or books to keep them entertained in the car or restaurants and their favorite baby blanket which i stuff on top of all of this!!! Needless to say its hard to carry a purse too so make room for phone, keys, and wallet!! I would love this bag for all of my babies most essential needs and ofcourse to be a hip, stylish, mommy!!!

  • Molly Handrahan

I would TOTALLY use my diaper bag from SKIPHOP. I am a first grade teacher that goes to graduate school + a have a 2 year old + a new baby on the way. Yeesh. The things I would cram in there with it’s 20% storage increase…

1)breakfast for Jack to eat in the car on the way to preschool and on my way to work

    2) Bottles/bags of pumped breast milk for new baby/bottle warmer

    3) “Kitty Poo-Poo”- Jack’s little stuffed cat he takes everywhere

    4) swaddle blankets

    5) diapers/wipes

    6) kindle (to read my textbooks for school)

    7) changes of clothes for baby and jack

    8) random match box cars and thomas the tank engine paraphanlia.

    9) snacks for mommy

    10) boogie wipes (another must)

    Thanks Tori!

I am pregnant with my third and final, have two boys and now we are expecting our first girl! A very exciting time for us! This bag is fab, I love it! I would load it with diapers, wipes, pacifiers, bottles, breast feeding items, snacks for my older boys, my wallet, cell phone, lip gloss and whatever lovey the baby wants with her! PS—love you and Dean! Have read all your books and have watched you guys on Oxygen forever! Good luck with baby #4!

  • Kelly Price

As a busy mom-on-the-go, I like to be prepared and have everything my daughter needs with me. I also like to pack the diaper bag myself. I love my husband dearly, but the one time I let him pack the baby’s diaper bag, he forgot diapers & formula. Eek! I ended up being an hour from home when I realized he’d forgotten it. Needless to say, I pack EVERYTHING I think the baby might need before I leave the house. In this LOVELY diaper bag, I would pack diapers and lots of them, wipes, diaper sacks (for easy disposal of those dirty diapers), hand and face wipes, hand sanitizer, a first aid kit, several changes of clothes, bottles and pacifiers, receiving blankets, “butt paste”, baby powder, infant tylenol, a disposable changing pad, snacks, a sippy cup filled with juice, toys, a shirt or two for myself in case of a spit-up or spill, and last but definitely not least, a camera for those precious moments that might occur when I’m out! Whoooo, sure hope I didn’t forget anything. :)

  • Sarah Spurlock

Eek! We are currently going through the domestic infant adoption process. This will be our first child. This is a process that’s basically out of our control. We are so excited yet anxious and don’t know what to expect. We could have a newborn tomorrow or not for anther two years. It all depends on when we are chosen as adoptive parents. We won’t know the gender of our baby either. Preparing the nursery and making sure we have all of the items necessary for this little one is something with in our control and keeps us focused. I love functionality and fashion, so the diaper bag has been on my mind. I look forward to filling it with all of the many items our little blessing will need…and maybe a few items mom will need as well :)! Thanks!

  • Lieanne Jimenez

My fourth baby is due January 1st, So I know I would have something for each in there. All the usual suspects; diapers, wipes, hand sanitizer, snacks, bibs, change of clothes, camera, dirties bag, sippy cup, snack trap, snacks for 6 and 7 year old, chap stick and gloss for me and any thing else i can think of…some tylenol and teething tablets is its that time too! Basically everythinggggg!

  • Stefanie Pernal

Thank you for the opportunity! I am expecting my second daughter in January 2013! After 3 long years of trying for our second, suffering the loss of 7 babies and going through a scary IVF process, it was hard to believe that this day would ever come to where we would need to start purchasing baby items. We have NOTHING for the baby yet! We are so excited and feel soo blessed! What would I put in the diaper bag…. diapers, wipies, paci, extra clothes, bottles, formula, tylenol, first aid kit, snacks for my oldest, wallet, phone… basically anything and everything! Thank you again, we love you!!!!

I have a 6 month old and another due in 6 months.. so I’m in the market for a new diaper bag! I can only imagine all the bottles, toys and diapers I’m going to have to tote around.

  • Stephanie King

I love bags and the Skip Hop bag is amazing! My husband and I area expecting our first child on Valentine’s Day, so i’m new to the Diper Bag contents. Here’s what I would put in one:

    1) Diapers and changing supplies

    2) Extra clothes

    3) Feeding Supplies (bottles, formula etc) this would also include a snack for my husband as it seems he’s always hungry.

    4) My ipad, never leave home without it!

    5) A few toys for entertainment

I hope this is a good start !

  • yvonne esquivel

I love this bag I’ve seen it and I want it! I am pregnant with my second baby and I hate my old diaper bag it just didn’t work for me. I breastfeed so no bottles but I do use my diaper bag as my purse as well so I need a bag to carry all diapering things, extra clothes, toys, snacks for my toddler, and of course my wallet, phone, lip gloss and whatever else I need. I need a good diaper bag :)

  • Robin

As a mom of 4 I am always looking for a stylish purse or diaper bag. Although mine are not babies, I find that I am always filling my bag with their things. I have to carry sippy cups, toys they no longer want to carry, and snacks for any time they are in need! I ALWAYS carry wet wipes of some sort, so I have to make room for those! (The best invention ever!) Then there is the hubby section of my purse……his phone, wallet, glasses…..that don’t fit in his pockets. (Maybe he should get his own purse!) Anyways, I then have to add my things, like…lip gloss and chapstick for the family, sunglasses, wallet, phone…..and a notepad. I am always jotting something down, so I don’t forget!!! My purse becomes very full, so a stylish diaper bag is usually my first choice! I would love to try out the skip hop bag!!!

  • Cupckemom

As a mother to a toddler and pregnant with baby #2, I would need to fit a ton of items in my diaper bag! For my son alone, I have a full set of clothes with me at all times (incase of an accident), snacks, sippy cup, and everything I keep in my purse! I’ve always had my diaper bag double as my handbag, so I need to fit just about my whole life in it….and of course it has to be stylish :) I love all these diaper bags!

  • Nichole Schlenker

I would carry that bag everywhere! I have 2 children already and I am currently 37 weeks pregnant with my third, and unfortunatly my last. I have had C-sections with all my pregnancies and am now forced to make this my last due to thin uterin scaring. My husband and I have always loved this diaperbag but never been in a position to purchase it. Its so versitile it can go with anything and best of all, its big enough to store everything I need for my 4 year old, 5 year old and now the newest little addition. And the best part, we have no diaper bag yet lol, so it would be perfect for us.

  • Laura Schulz

Omg! Who knows what to carry in a diaper bag I guess everything but the kitchen sink! It will be trial by poopy diaper for me since I’m about to be a first time mom and after trying for two years we are expecting twins! I am going to need a big bag for two and we have two trips to visit family and a huge move planed before they are 5 months old! I know I will not need my kindle or craft kit since I’m not sure how to feed them both or hold them at the same time so I for sure will not be catching up on reading or craft projects! I will need extra changes of matching or coordinating outfits , diapers, nursing cover up, WIPES galore, hand sanitizer, extra clothes for me in case of barfing episode, toys, blankets, coffee! Hopefully since the Skip Hop Versa is a fab looking bag I’ll look somewhat put together.

  • Kathy Cave

I would love the Skip Hop bag! I’m due October 1st and I would use the bag for my baby stuff, plus my gym stuff! I’m getting back in shape!!

  • Amy Hayden

I’m due October 3rd with my 2nd and would like a fresh new bag for a fresh new baby! We’re going to use cloth diapers, so that is mostly what I will be stashing in my bag!

  • April Gochenour

    Love all the bags!

I would for sure be putting diapers, extra outfits, a blanket, bottle/formula (just in case) and snacks for my other little guy. I am due in November and can’t wait!

  • leogirl221

Well after years of experience I would put wipes, diapers, extra clothes, emply plastic bag, snacks, drink, couple toys, my wallet, and blackberry in my diaper bag! I hate over loaded bags…less is more!

  • Yulia Filin

Hello. May I vote for Robin’s entry (number 221)? :) She seems to really need the bag!

  • Karin Zorn

I am preggo with baby #2 and very excited. This would totally be useful for the new baby and my soon to be 4 year old. She loves her snacks so it would be great to have some a few ziploc bags with snacks for her as well as her juice boxes. For the baby I would use it for everything. Diapers, wipes, change of clothes, toys, extra blanket, and bottles of course. And if there is extra room then definitely something for mommy like water and munchies cause you know us preggos can get our cravings at any time. My friend just got a Skip Hop for her baby shower and I had never heard of them and after seeing hers I realized how versatile they are and it’s so much easier to use across the shoulder. I would LOVE to have this bag!

  • christina holland

Oh when I saw this on my facebook ticker I just had to enter, I am 39 and 39 weeks…how funny is that to say! I am set to be induced next tuesday, and yet to have bought a diaper bag. This was indeed a surprise pregnancy, you see I have a 13 year old son, zachary & a 19 year old daughter, caitlin. I am truly starting all over again! My husband of 6 years now and I had wanted another one…just never seemed to happen…then voila!! It was quite overwhelming the first few months after finding out we were pregnant — just embracing the whole idea, much less trying to decide on baby gear…it’s all so new & fancy, so many different choices…I actually have some of the items I would put into the diaper bag already, a small take-along set of lotions, diaper rash ointments, etc..some diapers of course, always need extra receiving blankets, burp clothes, breastfeeding supplies, a few changes of wardrobe..paci is a must…One of the things that makes having another baby now so great is that I have raised 2 wonderful kids..and believe I have learned so much …I am going into baby #3 with so much knowledge, I am truly more excited than ever!!

  • Lindi Mccaffrey

Yay! This preggo mama would carry my Skip Hop Diaper bag full of play jewelry for my 2 1/2 year old daughter because she loves to accessorize already! Diapers and wipes for the new babe, burp cloths, my wallet, lip gloss, my ipad (she loves to play with that too), and an outfit change for the little one (because we all know how hard those first few months are unpredictable with icky diapers)! :-D

  • erica Listi

I am pregnant with my 4th baby and am choosing not to find out the sex either. We are so excited for this baby but still have a few months to go. I would love to have a new diaper bag for all the goods I will carry..probably an outfit change, diapers and wipes and my wallet. And of course a nursing cover!
    Thanks for the fun giveaway!

  • Misty Wilkins

I am due with a baby girl, Arwynne, Dec 11th! This is my 1st baby! As a first time mom, I am not sure what all I will need in a diaper bag yet. Of course I think I will need, diapers, wipes, bottles, bibs, burp cloths, pacifiers. What else do I need? LOL As you can probably tell, I need all the help I can get.

    Thanks for the giveaway Tori!

  • PSYCHGURL

Well, my wife and I have been trying for over a year and a half to get pregnant, with no luck…We just started the infertility process this week, and we’re hoping within the next 2 weeks to get a + on the pregnancy test!!! So, if we had an awesome diaper bag like this, I’m sure we’d put all the baby stuff in there that we need…not really sure what that’ll be, but I’m hoping in 9 months that we’ll figure it out!!

By the way, we are a same-sex couple, and getting pregnant hasn’t been an easy process…it’s very frustrating and expensive, and lots of disappointment. I just want to say how thankful we are to you for being so supportive of LGBT people!! We love you!! Congrats on the new baby!!

  • Cheryl Britton

As a first time mom-to-be (12/18/12), I’m sure I’ll tend to over pack/over prepare with putting everying, plus the kitchen sink, in the bag :-) Multiple outfits, wipes, diapers, snacks, pacifiers, bottle/milk, burp rag, etc. I’m sure I’m missing some things….Or maybe not? Would love to find a diaper bag that can store everything in an organized way!

  • Silvia Magdaleno

Hi! I’m in my 14th week with my first baby!!! And honestly I have no idea what I would carry in my new skip hop bag except diapers, blankies, squishy toys and whatever else I can jam in there. I say I don’t know because this is all new to me. I’m super excited and grateful for my lil ladybug and can’t wait to meet him/her!

  • Jessica Godsey

I had a small (too small) diaper bag with my first son who is now two and a half. So I learned the importance of having a good diaper bag. This time around, (due in Nov) I will be more prepared! And I love the style of this Versa bag!

I would carry diapers, wipes, burpcloths, breastfeeding wrap, and extra clothes. Also would have to include extra clothes for my toddler too. We are potty training. Maybe even an extra shirt for me;I hate leaking in public!Oh the list goes on with pacifer, changing pad, soft blanket beacuse it will be cold here. Also have to carry snacks for my first, his cup, and the usually matchbox cars that go everywhere with us. I usually carry snacks for myself too. Breastfeeding is draining! Im sure I am missing a few items but for the most part both children are covered. How do you pack for an outting with four Tori?

  • Amanda Pederson

I am a mother of 4, ages 12, 9, 3, and 10 months. I swear I carry EVERYTHING in my diaper bag. Snacks, diapers, wipes, big boy underware, bottle, water bottle, chapstick, thermometer, diaper cream, suckers, toys…….my list goes ON, AND ON and ON!! I would LOVE a bigger diaper bag!! <3

  • moi etcaetera

mum of an adorable little boy ;-) an other baby soon on its way …

That’s no or never for me to have a big stylish bag for

    * carrying the personal effects of the two kids so that I can answer EVERYWHERE and EVERYTIME to their needs and wishes, as a happy MUM

    * getting little place for my personal effects (mobile phone, lipstick, …), as an active WOMAN

    * making a great effect with coloured and patterned outfits of the FAMILY

Thank you Tori for sharing not only bag with us, but for sharing also your mind ;-)

  • Megan Passaro

This is my fourth pregnancy; however, this will be my first child. After three miscarriages, we have made to 22 weeks with a bright future ahead. My son is due on New Year’s Day and we hope to ring in the new year right! I would use this diaper baby for many of the essentials needed for my son such as diapers, wipes, bottles, change of clothes, his favorite blanket and something to soothe him. I admire you and your family. You are such a strong woman ans I hope that I can be as strong as you as I give birth to my little miracle.

  • Ginger Hall

Hmmm….let’s see. This is our first, we are due in January and we are not finding out what we are having. I’m new to the whole idea of having a diaper bag, so I’ll admit that the one thing I am certain of carrying is “Mommywood”!!! I have been wanting to read it for quite some time, but I wanted to wait until I was expecting…and I was super stoked to realize that now I can!! :)

  • Weeee Julie

    Hello Tori..

I love your website–this is a lot of fun..

Well to begin with I am the grandma to be–my beautiful daughter (who also adores you) is approaching her 6th month! She is due at Christmas and let me tell you what a “miracle baby” this is. My daughter Stephanie and her husband James have been marrried 11 1/2 years during that time they have suffered unthinkable losses with 14 miscarriages.. I have witnessed each one and I have watched the strain and the terrible pain each one has caused.

This little grandson who will be here on Christmas is our miracle! Of course the showers are being planned, nursery is coming together and names are being thought about.

I would love to try to “win” a diaper bag from you..she adores you and trust me when she was growing up we watched BH 90210 every Monday night. Thankyou for reading my email (post). May God Bless your new arrival and your fabulous family!

  • Weeee Julie

Tori— I am the lady with the post above… what she would carry in the diaper bag would be diapers, lap pads, a rattle, and the babies favorite stuffed animal..along with snacks too.

please add this to the post above…

  • Kld117

Tori, I have an almost 3 year old daughter, Olivia, and I am expecting twins in January. I always carry 3 outfits- (I learned the hard way on that one!) so I guess I will have to carry 6 outfits this time around… :) and aside from all of the obvious things one should carry in a diaper bag, I always have a copy of Goodnight Moon on me- because well, you just never know when you will have to enter the Great Green Room… Thanks! :)

  • Shannon Mundorff

I like that all of these exept the first one are under $100 and since they can be used after the baby gets older as tote bags and stuff, they are practical to spend the money on because you get a lot of use out of them.

  • VJWALL

I have a 3 children so I’d fill it with tons of stuff that would help keep me sane while out and about: diapers and wipes, snacks, stickers to keep them still for a few minutes while shopping or eating out! I’d also keep my phone and wallet easily accessible inside the bag! Thanks so much for the opportunity, and congrats on baby #4! I hope to be in your shoes soon with #4 on the way. We’re hoping fertility treatments prove fruitful soon!

  • K Snider

I can see why this is your favorite!!! Everything is so accessible from the outside and the colors it comes in are fabulous. I have 2 little ones with another on the way in a month. I love this bag. I would put my ipad in it for me and my four year old to share. I would put my 2 year old’s cars in it. For the baby on the way diapers, soothers, wipes, and blanket. And of course snacks for all. Beautiful family Tori!!! Congrats!!!

  • Amanda G

This bag is amazing! I currently have a Skip Hop diaper bag for my first (a boy! Born in March 2012) and I kept it pretty simple and neutral … for the husbands’ sake. I’d love this gorgeous bag to show a little more of my personality! What a fabulous giveaway!

  • Danielle Wargolet

I love the Skip Hop bag! Super stylish and very reasonably priced :) I would put my daughter’s cloth diapers, some yummy snacks, an ipod (because my little girl loves music, it will always get her in a better mood) and you always need to carry extra outfits. Mommys should always be prepared!

  • susan parr

I Love all the bags!!!! I am a volunteer in the NICU at a Children’s Hospital and I would make sure a needy mom would get the bag filled with needed clothing and blankets for her sick baby. My Mom and I try to donate to someone at least once a month. I also would love help getting a small non-profit charity for this cause going if you have any suggestions, it would be great!

  • Tyna Madden

Hi Tori! I am pregnant with my third boy who is scheduled to arrive on 9/26. I have a 5 year old (who is also a Liam) and 2 year old, Logan. I have had 3 diaper bags so far and to be honest, I’ve all but hated each one. It would be great to have something that would be big enough to carry all the necessary items needed for 3 different age groups and be decent to look at too. My diaper bags are usually stocked with diapers (duh!), changes of clothes, snacks (enough for the whole family), Tylenol is a must and whaqtever else I pull out of my purse last minute that will keep the kiddies entertained. :)

  • Jessi Lee

I am expecting our #55555!!!!! I am a “young” mom and have 2boys & 2girls right now and expecing a….BOY! Our 5th was a suprise! I swore we were done after #4. Our #4 is four years old and we donated most of our baby stuff…so I am now rebuying all the baby stuff mostly used through yard sales and online. If I had the stylish Skip Hop bag, I would carry extra clothes, burp cloths, diapers & wipes and fill up the rest of the room for lots of snacks for the baby’s 4 siblings and books! Our kids are always hungry and always need something to read while mommy’s running errands! Thanks Tori for the great give-away opportunity! I love your site and a BIG FAN :) Congratulations on your beautiful addition!

  • Motherof2

Two extra outfits,4 bottles, a can of formula, two bibs,10 diapers, case of wipes and some diaper rash cream a extra shirt for myself and i will also have snacks in extra outfit for my 5 year old i know it sounds like alot but you gotta be prepared for anything

  • Katie McCormick

I am expecting #2 in December and will have a 22 month old as well at that time. My diaper bag will need to pull double duty for me with diapers for 2, spare clothes for 2, snacks, toys, bibs, etc.

  • Casey Larter

I have 3 kids under 6 and #4 on its way! I have to have a Fab Diaper bag just for the fact that I have the newborn a 2 year old potty trianing and my 3 year old medicine in it at all times! Lots of pockets are key! :) I have never tried SkipHop so I have to look into them!!!

  • Shade Shakur

Having my first baby, due November 30:) I saw the Skip Hop Versa diaper bag a few weeks ago and fell in love. I would love to have this bag to stylishly and conveniently hold all the things I need to take care of my baby:)

  • Inspired

First of all congratulations on your new arrival! Secondly, I just wanted to follow up with my post from a few days ago. My mama’s intuition was right – WE ARE FINALLY PREGNANT!!!! SO HAPPY!!!

  • Abby Herrington

I am expecting our first baby… A GIRL. Being a first time mom Im sure I will overpack the diaper bag but surely I will miss important things. I will back many diapers, wipes, a couple extra clothing changes, burp cloth, paci, medicine kit!

  • sara hartford

Congrats on your #4 :) My fiance and I finally got pregnant (all natural) after 4 long years of frustration. We are due the end of November with a boy and it will likely be our one & only. This pregnancy has had nothing but complications but I would not change the experience. I was diagnosed with IC in week 18 and on July 3, my 28th birthday, was rushed into emergency surgery to save our little man (oddly, this is the day we found out it WAS a little man!). Everything has worked out so far (28 weeks today) but I have been on bed rest since that surgery. It has been a tough 10 weeks but it helps to see blogs like yours – it makes me feel honored to have the opportunity to create life regardless of my complications, struggles, & sacrifices. I have had to leave my job, my fiance had to leave his (to take care of me!) immediately after purchasing a house & of course we have no family within 10 hours. It has been eye opening but inspirational. I am not sure, other than the obvious essentials, what I would put in my diaper bag but I think the most important thing is not what we put in our diaper bag but how we carry it… PROUDLY!!! Congrats to your adorable family again… On Finn. What a lucky little boy to be born into such an amazing, supportive household!

  • flbeachbabe

Congrats! Me and my sister are expecting #2 next month :) I’m so excited. I would carry extra clothes, diapers and snacks in the Versa. It’s so cute.

  • Stacey Ste.Marie-Caldwell

I have been using an old Coach Tote. Fast and easy. I have a wet bag for diapers(we use cloth) in it. I have boobs, so no need for bottles, I keep a hotsling in it just in case I want to use a different carrier. Used a lot of different bags with all 7 kids and this works best

  • Melissa Rogers

I am a mother of 6 but I am not asking for myself, My sister has a very close friend that is having her first little girl in a few weeks and her friend Happy is having a very difficult time. She has lost her job and her boyfriend decided he didn’t want to be a father left her and will not support this child. She has had to move in with family and for her to win one of these bags from you would be amazing.

  • Carrie Last name

Thank you SO much. I can’t wait!
