PHILADELPHIA INDULGENCE White Chocolate-Blueberry Dessert
Prep Time: 15 min. | Makes: 8 servings.
What You Need
2 cup fresh blueberries
2 tsp. each zest and juice from 1 lemon, divided
1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA INDULGENCE White Chocolate Cream Cheese Spread
1 pkg. (10.7 oz.) frozen pound cake, thawed, cut into 8 slices
2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
Microwave blueberries and lemon juice in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until blueberries begin to pop; stir.
Mix PHILADELPHIA INDULGENCE and lemon zest until blended.
Spread cake slices with PHILADELPHIA INDULGENCE mixture. Serve topped with blueberry sauce and nuts.
Prepare using PHILADELPHIA INDULGENCE Dark Chocolate Cream Cheese Spread, and substituting sliced fresh strawberries for the blueberries and 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar for the lemon zest and juice.
