Today I want to share something that really touched me. KONY 2012 is a film and campaign by Invisible Children that aims to make Joseph Kony famous, so that the world can hold him accountable for 20 years of horrendous crimes in Africa.

My words can’t do this cause justice, so please watch the video below. It’s 29 minutes but I promise you it’s worth your time:

For all of my friends and fans that have watched this, please join in me in supporting this cause and protecting our global community. As a mom, knowing that thousands of children live in fear of being abducted and forced to kill breaks my heart.

Let’s join in and stop this together.

Here’s how you can support KONY 2012:

  1. Donate to Invisible Children here.
  2. Purchase KONY 2012 products here.
  3. Sign the pledge here.

Will you join me and make KONY famous? Let me know below. And if you purchase KONY 2012 gear, take a picture of yourself wearing it and upload it to your ediTORIal profile- I’ll feature you in an upcoming blog!
